1/25/23 Peer Class with Eric Mazzie
In Contemporary ballet basics, the dancer gets to explore a diverse range of styles and techniques aimed at the following:
1. Embodiment in the warm-up and icebreaker.
2. Alignment in both the Warm up and proceeding combinations.
3. Attunement in the entire process, especially at the end of the class when we gather for our end-of-class circle.
There will be some floor-work in the warm up. Ballet slippers or socks will work. Or both!
We will start the class with introducing ourselves and stating one thing we love about dance.
