In both workshops, participants develop their own kinesthetic vocabulary by exploring Somatic presence. This exploration inspires self-discovery, supports authentic expression, and celebrates creativity as both a personal and universal human act of empowerment.
Soto’s 50 years of experience has led him to see movement as a vehicle to unlock the possibilities to creativity, awareness, presence, happiness, health and healing. Soto’s biggest influence in his work has been his 45 years of collaboration with Anna Halprin. As a master teacher, Soto currently shares his perspective worldwide.
These workshops are cross-disciplinary and have direct applications for dancers, actors, trainers in the somatic arts, body therapists, mindfulness trainers, and all other kinesthetically inclined persons. No previous experience necessary.
The “early bird” cost of a single workshop is $120, and $200 for both. After December 28th, a single workshop is $150 and $250 for both.
