Evolution of an Inversion or Going Upside Down for Dancers Peer Class with Sri Louise 2/2 and 2/9

Peer class with Sri is Wednesday 2/2 and 2/9 at 6:30pm at Studio Sway. For now, class sizes are limited for COVID-19 safety, so please register the Monday before class through the link in the event on the Peer Class Page.

Evolution of an Inversion or Going Upside Down for Dancers

This class is geared towards cultivating confidence for going upside down. No one needs to come into a full inversion, but you will explore the necessary anatomical applications for supporting yourself in an inversion, should you choose to do that in the future. Every inversion is already there in your Downward facing Dog, so we'll spend ample time integrating the arms into the diaphragmatic/psoas complex, before evolving into a full inversion!

Suitable for all levels.
