Calling All Teaching Artists

Santa Fe Opera’s ALTO (Active Learning Through Opera) residency program is currently looking for new potential teaching artist recruits in all art forms who would be interested in working in classrooms at SFPS, but also potentially APS, Rio Rancho and Los Lunas public schools. Our program is focused on arts integration. We have a training program and a stair-stepped, carefully facilitated entry for new artists. Our program pays well as we are very serious about finding and keeping teaching artists as well as compensating equitably for their work.
