Technique
Get back to nuts and bolts this week. Remove embellishments, focus on the purpose of your training exercises. Review the anatomy and function of bones and muscles in your miraculous body. Think about injury prevention.
Creative Experiment
Develop a personal progressive conditioning plan to include a cross training set of exercises that can be modified to increase or decrease physical demand, not only to work parts of the body specific to your dance training but also to condition the rest of your body for a whole body balance. Divide it up during the week on a schedule you determine alternating with your dance training.
