Health and Business Operation

The New Mexico Department of Health's Public Health Order of August 28th, 2020 remains in effect until September 18, 2020. Fingers crossed that this is a first step of many in a forward direction.

The order states that "close contact businesses" which includes gyms and fitness classes, may operate at up to 25% of maximum capacity in any enclosed space. PPE protocols must be followed, of course. Recreational Facilities must remain closed. This refers to entertainment and performance facilities.
