July 27 Thoughts and Ideas

Thoughts and Ideas

Stolen thoughts: Think back to when you were a child and where learning your boundaries. You pushed until you found how far you could go. Think of outcomes that are unreasonable when envisioning your projects. Continue to grow in your art.

Creative Musings: A group Zoom. One sneeze. Everyone darts from their "gallery square". Can you find the humor in a bad situation and make it into a dance?

Corework: No exercise ball? An oversize $2 child's ball found in the giant bin from a toy department works just fine to invent and enhance your core work exercises.

Mask Update

As reported in the Albuquerque Journal July 17, Medical professionals say masks do not cause people to re-breath CO2 causing lung damage when exercising. The masks do restrict rapid flow of inhaled air in high levels of aerobics. Those exercising should "work out at a level where they're keeping their heart rate in target range, and know that it may take less time to get there." Additionally it is recommended to have several masks when exercising for lengthy periods, to replace your mask when it becomes wet and uncomfortable.
