- Reading - "The Night Watchman" by Louise Erdrich, a novel surrounding the fight of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa against the U.S.government's attempt to dispossess them of their land in North Dakota in the 1950's. Well developed characters, interesting themes, a book sure to make for a great discussion.
