Open Class: Contemporary, Amy Laun
Come move together in a lighthearted and fun contemporary class. This class is open to all levels, and focused on the joy of movement. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels good to you, modifications provided. Class will include a full body warm-up, traveling movement, and choreography. Wear anything you are comfortable in and can move freely in. Shoes are optional. Class will take place at Double Time Dance Studio, 209 Washington St SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
