CONVERSATION Starter
Networking. Connection. Sometimes what you want hovers beyond reach. Sometimes what you want doesn't exist yet. In either case, connecting with others increases the odds of reaching your goals. Analyze and discuss how this has worked for you in the past.
Creative Experiment
Make a diagram of a few of your networks; Write your name on a page. Around it write the name of a few people you know. Around each of those names write the name of people and organizations they know or are involved with. Continue filling your page. Make organic shapes that encircle people who know each other, overlapping as you go. Color your design while musing over your connections. Now muse over the paths, connections, and interweaving on the page choreographically. Next level, play with the designs in a studio with a number of fellow dancers. Differentiate between organic and forced connections. Discuss afterward.
