CONVERSATION Starter

Less. Shebana Coelho in an article in the winter '22 print edition of Stance on Dance asked "when you've already reached such a level, what are you seeking?" The answer elaborated on the simple word "Less". Discuss this concept.

Exploratory

Write a short story with one of the prompts - wine glass, blanket, or window. Reduce it to one hundred words or less. Reduce it to a haiku. With your own prompt try the same thing with a dance phrase reducing to making each movement absolutely necessary, say and extract the essence of what you want to communicate.
