Thoughts and Ideas 7/4
Converstation Starter
Nuisances, inspired by mosquitos. Avoid, bear the aggravation while suffering, prepare and proceed, or engage and destroy. What's your angle? What if you applied these four choices to that nagging voice in your head? To that nuisance person, nagging chore reminder, irritating xxxx that won't go away? What if you changed your usual choice of response?
Creative Experiment
Make a movement phrase requiring full concentration. Insert nuisance. Repeat your phrase several times, trying on each of the four responses above to your nuisance while dancing. Make a full phrase for each response. Move back and forth through response versions until you incorporate the nuisance into your choreography in anyway you find suitable. How did each stage feel?
