Dance a Journal. What does dance/movement say that we can't put into words? Have you noticed body language can either betray or give the wrong impression? Is that a story in itself?

Creative Experiment

Write a short journal entry. Record yourself reading it, paying attention to rhythm, pauses, and the dynamic range of your voice - and read it flat. Play both back as your audio score and move to your words. Video the efforts if you can. Watch and pull out differences in each effort, pull out what is said in your movement that is not recorded in your written version and vice versa. Discuss.
