Costuming. How do you go about it? Hire, thrift, sew? Do you like to be handed a costume, collaborate on costumes, be told to go find one? What do you prefer to see in performance in terms of costuming approaches? Discuss difficulties, preferences, and solutions. Survey your colleagues.
Creative Experiment
Make an inventory database of what costuming and skills you possess, in terms of what you are willing to label 'lendable costuming' and 'lendable sewing skills'. Ask your dance colleagues to do the same. Could you make a costume co-op? Rent, loan, swap? What would your ground rules be?
