Rhythmic Exploration

Dance is inherently connected to music and rhythm, because the heartbeat is rhythmic in and of itself. This class will explore how our bodies have been a tool for musical exploration for hundreds of years, rooted in body percussion and tap dance footwork. No shoes-- just the willingness to engage your feet as drums!
