National Women’s History Month at the IPCC

Every year in March, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center celebrates National Women’s History Month.

Celebrate with them on Saturday, March 5 from 10 AM – 2 PM where they we will be highlighting women artisans and dancers with two demonstrations and two dance performances.

Schedule:

  • 10 – 11 AM: Pottery Demonstration – Claudia Mitchell (Acoma Pueblo)

  • 11:30 AM – noon: Dance Performance – Ria Thundercloud (Sandia/Ho-Chunk) with Michael Lucero (San Felipe)

  • Noon – 1 PM: Dance Performance – Olla Maidens (Zuni Pueblo)

  • 1 – 2 PM: Jewelry Demonstration – Maria Lovato (Santo Domingo)

Free for museum members, or with admission.
