We have some awesome job opportunities available for reliable, enthusiastic , physically fit ( to help me lift costume bags etc !) NM resident who love the arts , has a vehicle with current license, like to work with groups and get paid, and are vaccinated. Our awesome PA broke a leg so we are looking ... !”
1. SUMMER INSTITUTE ASSISTANT
July 27 -30 on site in Lindrith NM w dorm housing and meals
July 30-Aug 11 w dorm housing and meals in Abiquiu NM
responsibilities include : tech support ( setting up sound/video in yurt, light foto/video archival), load in/out of materials as needed, prepping spaces in advance, driving if needed for pickups or errands , floor sweep before and after. possibly morning temp checks of dancers depending CDC/NM regulations, keeping first aid kit on hand, and is comfortable with outdoors, printing/handing out/keeping track of responses for some documents
2. REHEARSAL TECH ASSISTANT
several times a week Aug 26-Sept 9,
Full time Sept 13-26, 6 days a week
responsibilities include : open studio, set up sound/zoom/web links on computer, light video/foto archive, load in/out of materials as needed, taking notes on blocking to give to Tech Director, assist with set up and breakdown of set design , communications with support staff as needed, directions or car pool to spots, making sure everyone has parking passes, floor sweep before and after. possibly morning temp checks of dancers depending CDC/NM regulations, keeping first aid kit on hand, printing/handing out/keeping track of responses for some documents.
