Happy 5th Birthday ADC!

ABQ Dance Connect is 5 years old!  As always, we are grateful to this wonderful community for the support you’ve given us over the years.

Five years ago the idea to bring together independent dancers who were looking for community started with peer classes Friday mornings at Maple Street Dance Theater and followed with meetings and discussions to toss ideas around for serving this need. These beginnings evolved into a mission statement and the programming and resources serving you under 501c3 status today. We continue our attempts to adhere to this goal by constantly revisiting our mission statement and inviting you to join us in meetings with your thoughts and ideas.

We have made huge strides forward since we first started, and we’re excited to continue that work to grow and promote the dance community here in Albuquerque!
