Hello everyone - I am Liz. (@unpredictablearies) I’ve been pole dancing on and off since my early 20’s but consistently again for about a year. It’s always been a dance I go back to because it allows me to showcase my physical strength and challenges me to learn transition, flow, and musicality. I love pole dance and I encourage anyone who’s looking for something outside the box to give it a try! It has given me a much needed passion.
