Meltdowns. Ever considered there is a right way and a wrong way to meltdown? An article "The Art of the "Good" Meltdown" by Elizabeth Bernstein in the WSJ explores the subject; "try an alternate rebellion", essentially a planned healthy rebellion instead, that satisfies the need to assert control.
Creative
Choreograph a "right way" and "wrong way" meltdown (your own interpretation). Include the "reset" after it's over.

"Giselle of Loneliness", reinvents the classical ballet canon with storytelling that champions the expression of queer, lesbian, transgender, and gender-nonconforming identities within ballet. Take a 2 1/2 hr road trip to Bosque Redondo Historic Site to see Mark Horst's "Blessing Hands" envisioned to offer blessings and recognition to the Navajo and Mescalero Apache people who suffered during the "long walk", a part of the NM Arts/Art in Public Places Program, T.I.M.E. NOW project, starting June 11.
