Find a partner and explore the topics, the nuances, potential strengths and strategies for each.
Creative Experiment
With movement of your choice, use body language; gesture, dynamics, focus, breathing, all your senses, to react to a spot or object in the room. The spot you choose represents your place of fear, caution, or courage, or any other strong emotion you want to explore. Develop strategies and variations for each theme.
