Thoughts and Ideas 3/14
Conversation Starter
Dissemination, pollination. How do ideas rub off and spread in society? Why does an old work of art have a resurgence of popularity? How does a second look make a difference?
Creative Experiment
Be a pollinator. Take your self to various inspiring places where ideas reside; absorb a good book or podcast, take in a piece of visual art or performance art, watch a documentary. . . immerse yourself into the experience by dancing, writing, drawing using the idea ou extract. How were you influenced? If you have a group, separate into two or three smaller groups, each given separate ideas to work with to create a phrase. View each other's work, discuss. Go back to your groupwork and see if anything rubbed off as you rework it.
