Thoughts and Ideas

Musing

A musing swiped from a horoscope and morphed to suit the moment: Creating stability in your art down the line... Thinking into the future... and now? What could you start now that would grow to serve you in a big and beautiful way. If your life were a painting in progress; look at the composition so far, look into the unfilled, open spaces. Look at the saturation and texture of the filled spaces. Think three dimensionally, in layers, space and balance... translate those terms to fit your needs. What is your 'now' step?

Creative

Proprioception, sensing space: hold a wide paintbrush in your hand, bristles aligned with your fingers and see how your dance movement changes. Explore. What if you held something weighty, a soup can or boots? Create a resistance or remove a sense. What happens?
